Timo Shopping Refuses to Delete My Account and Personal Data

I am a user of the Timo shopping account in Egypt, and today I tried to permanently close my account. When I accessed the account settings, I did not find any option that allows me to close or delete the account, which prevents me from stopping the use of the service and controlling my personal data. Since there is no closure option available to me from within the application, I request the immediate manual closure of my Timo shopping account and confirmation that the account has been closed. I also expect my personal data associated with this account to be removed in accordance with your policies.
