Unable to Delete Timo Club Account — App Keeps Looping Back to Start

Why can’t I delete my Timo Club account? I would really appreciate your help. When I reach the final step, it says “Delete Account”, and after I enter my Turkish ID number and click “Delete”, nothing happens.

I carefully follow all the steps, but at the very end, when I press “Delete”, the process doesn’t complete — it just goes back to the beginning. Please help me delete my account; I’ve tried several times, but it simply won’t work.
