Request to Recover My Previous Timo Club Account

I have been using the Timo dating app in the United Arab Emirates through the App Store, and I previously had an active account where I had spent a significant amount of money on coins. For the last 2 weeks, I have been unable to access this previous account and I cannot log in to it anymore. I contacted Timo customer care through chat about this problem, and they informed me that my previous account has been deleted. I was not given a clear explanation for why it was deleted, even though I had invested a lot in coins on that account and was using the app normally. I request that my previous Timo account be restored so that I can continue using it along with the coins and data linked to it, or that you provide an appropriate solution that respects the time and money I have spent.
