My Funds Not Reflected on Timo Club After Multiple Transactions

Through the Timo Club app, I made three different top-up transactions from my Ziraat Bank account: 180 TL (transaction no: f19572), 45 TL (transaction no: f19750), and 21 TL (transaction no: f31541). However, none of these amounts were added to my account balance. I made the transactions on November 9 and November 10, 2025, from my Realme 12 Lite phone, using my active account (İ** Ö* 507520****).
I did not receive any error messages, and my internet connection was working properly. So far, I have not been able to reach customer service, and I have not received any information about the issue.
I request that these payments be reflected in my account as soon as possible and that my issue be resolved promptly.
