Timberland Men's Boots Issue with Paint Stains

I am having a problem with the pump on the perfume I bought from Estée Lauder's website. I reached out to customer service, but despite the considerable amount of time that has elapsed, they have yet to take any action. It is disheartening to see a company of this size not supporting their products and labeling them as 'trash' after just six months.
