I ordered the navy blue version of the Timberland Classic Boat 2-Eye shoes from timberland.com. However, the color of the shoes I received doesn't match what was shown on the website at all. The shoes I got look more green than navy blue. I've had this same issue before when I ordered these shoes from another website. I emailed Timberland about this problem, but they only responded with instructions for the return process. They're causing inconvenience to customers with this misrepresentation.
