TikTok's Promotion and Payment Issues
On October 12, 2023, we paid 190 TL to promote a video on my daughter's "irmakyadairmik" account. The deal was to get at least 9,000 views within 24 hours. This account already had several promotional videos of mine. Instead of promoting the newly uploaded video, they chose to promote a video I had uploaded over a week ago, which had already amassed over 500,000 views. It defies logic to pay for 9,000 views on a video with over 500,000 views. We had already crossed that milestone. We paid 190 TL with the condition that our freshly uploaded video should get a minimum of 9,000 views within 24 hours. Since TikTok lacks customer support, I've resorted to sharing my complaint here.
