TikTok Password Reset Not Working and Support Won’t Fix My Account
I haven’t been able to access my TikTok account, username “_melekk._0,” for a long time. Two-factor authentication is enabled on my account, and my phone number is still the same. However, since my old phone was broken, I no longer have access to my trusted device, and I also forgot my password. When I follow the “Forgot Password” steps, I receive a verification code on my phone, but the app still asks for my old password or trusted device verification. Because of this, I’m unable to log in.
This issue has been ongoing for about three years. During this time, I’ve contacted TikTok Support multiple times, but I keep receiving the same unhelpful responses that don’t resolve the problem. My account is very important to me, and I’m willing to complete all necessary security steps, including identity verification if required.
I am requesting that TikTok verify my identity to confirm that the account belongs to me and help me regain access by resetting my password.
