TikTok Support Only Offers Third-Party Recovery but My Account Has None

I am writing regarding my TikTok account with the number 06951665**. I have lost access to this account because I no longer have the phone number linked to it, and I have also forgotten my password. There is no third‑party recovery method (such as email or other social accounts) connected to this account. I lost access to the account around February and since then I have not been able to log in. I contacted TikTok support, but I was only advised to use a third‑party method to recover my account. As I mentioned, there is no third‑party information registered on this account, so I cannot complete this step.
