TikTok Not Sending Reset Emails
I haven’t been able to access my TikTok account with the username “Sumeyye_340” for about two months. I can’t log in because I forgot my password, and during the password reset process both my email address and phone number appear incorrectly. My email used to start with “Gmail,” and my phone number began with 5 and ended with 6981.
When I tried resetting my password through the TikTok app using the reset and Help Center options, I kept receiving error messages despite following the email instructions, and I never received a proper response. My account has no payments or in-app purchases linked to it. My account contains important memories and personal content, so I really want to recover it.
I request support from TikTok representatives to help me through the verification process and restore access to my account.
