TikTok Live Keeps Giving 10-Minute Violations While I Showcase Products

Every day on TikTok, I regularly start live streams under the name “Ülger Tesbih,” using the username “Tesbihçi. Evi.” Since December 4, 2025, whenever I begin a live broadcast—even though I select a brand category or mark my own brand correctly—I receive a “10-minute access restriction” violation just 3–5 words after I start speaking. When the 10-minute penalty ends and I start another live, the same violation happens again, repeatedly.

All I do during my broadcasts is show the product, mention the craftsman’s name, and state the price. For example, I simply say something like: “Crafted by master Muhammed Dabbas, priced at $24 USD.” I have said similar sentences many times throughout the day in the past with no issues, yet for the last few days I keep receiving this 10-minute access restriction for the exact same type of content.

I have submitted feedback through the in-app system multiple times, but my appeals were rejected and the problem continues.

I am using TikTok’s own brand-content feature correctly and following the rules while showcasing and selling my products. Despite this, I believe I am being penalized unfairly. I request that my live-streaming feature be restored to normal, that my account be thoroughly reviewed so I can present and sell my products without receiving these violations, and that all improper access restrictions be removed.
