TikTok Live Guest Feature Disabled for 9 Months Without Clear Reason

For about 9 months, I have not been able to use the multi-guest feature during live streams on my TikTok account (username: t***). During this time, I contacted TikTok customer service multiple times. Each time, I only received a generic response such as, “It is currently under renewal, we will resolve the issue as soon as possible,” but my problem has never been fixed.
I am certain that I meet all the requirements for live streaming, and I have not made any payments or purchased any packages on my account. If there is a penalty applied to my account, I expect to be clearly informed about its reason and duration. The penalty period should be stated clearly—whether it is 1 week, 1 month, or indefinite. I even tested the multi-guest feature on different devices and accounts, but the issue remains the same.
I request that the multi-guest feature be re-enabled for my account and, if there is any penalty, that I receive a clear explanation about its duration and cause.
