TikTok Account Recovery Request

I have a problem accessing my TikTok account and I need support to regain access. I no longer remember the password for my account and I also lost access to the phone number I used when opening it, so I cannot receive any verification codes. I live in Uganda and the last time I successfully accessed this account was about a year ago. I contacted TikTok support and I was told to use the “Ask friends to verify” option. However, when I follow this method, the application tells me that I cannot access that verification method, so I am stuck and unable to proceed. I kindly request that my identity be verified through an alternative method and that access to my TikTok account be restored, since I do not have my old phone number anymore and the “Ask friends to verify” method does not work for me.
