Recovering My TikTok Account

I have a problem accessing my TikTok account and I have not been able to solve it through the in‑app support. I was using TikTok on an iPhone 12 in Uganda, and about a month ago I lost access to the account. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the email address and password, and the phone number linked to the account was stolen, but I still remember my username. My account has been in use for about one year, and during this time I always logged in normally until I lost access. I have tried several times to use the “Report a problem” and recovery options provided by TikTok, but the answers and options given do not correspond to my situation, so I still cannot get back into my account. I kindly request that my account be recovered and that the linked email address and phone number be changed so that I can securely access it again. I am ready to provide any additional information TikTok may need to verify that I am the rightful owner of this account.
