TikTok Account Name Issue and Withdrawal Problems

My TikTok account name is T***, but it says it should be the same as E. Y. I’ve uploaded a photo of my ID, but I don’t understand how it changed by itself. I can’t withdraw funds, and it’s not being accepted. There’s no one to help with this issue. Should I cancel the account and re-upload my ID? I’m not sure what to do. I doubt anyone will respond, but I’m posting in hope that someone might see this and provide assistance.
