TikTok Account Not Updating ID After Legal Surname Change

I would like to update my ID information on my TikTok account since my surname changed after my divorce. My username is Selma Ballıca, and I am requesting that it be updated to my new surname, Selma Çivi.

There is a balance in my account, but I cannot withdraw it because ID verification is required. Even though I uploaded my updated ID with my new surname during the verification process, I keep receiving an error message saying “update your information” and the process never completes.

I have also been unable to reach TikTok help center or support channels, which has left me stuck and frustrated. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my account be updated to reflect my new legal identity information.
