TikTok Withdrawal Blocked by Name Verification Error Despite Matching Info

On September 25, 2025, I tried to transfer my TikTok withdrawal balance to my bank account but encountered a problem during the name verification step. Even though my first and last name information is exactly the same on both my TikTok account and my bank account, the system repeatedly shows the error “name verification failed.” I entered my information correctly several times, but I keep facing the same issue. This has also happened to me before.

There are no restrictions, penalties, or pending verifications on my account, and no deductions have been made from my balance. So far, I have not contacted customer service—I only tried the process on my own device and internet connection.

I want to withdraw my balance of ₺180 to my bank account. I request that this issue be resolved as quickly as possible and that the withdrawal process be completed smoothly.
