Control of my TikTok account (username: e**, former username: m** ) has been taken over by someone else without my permission. My personal identity information (name, surname, date of birth, etc.) was saved on the account, and I had not used it for a long time. When I tried to access it today, I saw that my profile photo and personal details had been changed, and many parts of the account—including the username—had been updated by someone else. My payment information was also stored on this account.
I tried to contact TikTok Support and the Help Center on my own, but I was unable to reach anyone and could not recover my account. Since my personal information and payment details are stored there, I am very concerned about my safety.
