Findmykids Listening Feature Not Working Outside the House

I have been experiencing an ongoing issue with the “listen to surroundings” feature in the Findmykids app. I can use the feature when my child is at home; however, when my child goes outside, the audio does not start at all and I am unable to listen. Just two days ago, I tested it again and noticed that while it works perfectly at home, it completely stops functioning once my child leaves the house.

The app does not show any error message—it simply fails to start the listening feature when my child is outside. I have not yet contacted Findmykids customer service or in-app support regarding this issue. I also have a paid subscription, including payment for uninstall protection.

I request that Findmykids investigate this issue and ensure that the “listen to surroundings” feature works properly even when my child is outside, and that a permanent technical fix is implemented.
