I am writing about a problem accessing my TikTok account because it is linked to a phone number that I no longer have access to. As a result, I cannot receive verification codes and I am unable to log in, even though I still remember and have access to the email/username associated with the account. The mobile number that was linked to the account was registered in Jamaica, but I no longer use this number and cannot recover it from my provider. Today I contacted TikTok support and submitted a request for help to regain access, but I am worried because many other users report that they do not receive any response or solution. I do not want to lose this account permanently, and I would like TikTok to help me verify my identity through my email or any other secure method and update the phone number on my account so that I can log in again. I kindly request your support to review my case, help me regain access to my account, and unlink the old Jamaican phone number that I can no longer use.
