I Cannot Withdraw My Live Broadcast Earnings From TikTok

I'm a live broadcaster on TikTok, and as a regular person earning money through the platform, I’m frustrated because every time I try to check my balance, I get a message saying "an unusual transaction was detected in your account, this feature cannot be used." I submitted a request and after five days it was resolved, so I went live again—but when I checked again, I still couldn’t withdraw my money. This feels like fraud because my earnings are there, but I can’t access them. TikTok needs to fix this issue; I can't get any help, my account is blocked, and it’s more than enough now.
