TikTok Customer Support Ignoring My Withdrawal Issue for Months

For about four months, I haven’t been able to withdraw my €48 TikTok subscription balance, and for the past month, I also haven’t been able to withdraw my ₺1,300 regular balance to my bank account via IBAN transfer. Every time I try, I receive the error message: “For your security, we cannot complete this transaction. Please try another method.”
I’ve entered the same IBAN, email address, and account information I’ve always used — all of which are correct — yet the withdrawal never goes through. I’ve contacted TikTok multiple times through the “Report a Problem” section, but I’ve never received a clear explanation or solution.
I haven’t made any changes to my device or app version, and I’ve been using the same phone for all my transactions. I request that TikTok transfer my €48 subscription balance and ₺1,300 regular balance to my account immediately, provide a detailed explanation for why my withdrawals are being blocked, and resolve this issue without further delay.
