I Cannot Log Into My TikTok Account Due to an Old Phone Number

On 11 September I started experiencing a login problem with my TikTok account. When I try to log in, I am directed to a verification step, but I can no longer access the old phone number that the code is sent to. Because of this, I am completely locked out of my account. I am currently trying to log in from an iPhone and I am stuck on the verification screen, where I receive the warning that I cannot use this method, so I cannot complete the process in any alternative way. I request support from TikTok to help me recover my account and update the phone number linked to it, so that I can securely access my account again.
