I lost access to this account because I changed my phone number and I also no longer have access to the Gmail address that was linked to it. For about a year now I have been unable to log in, and the password reset options only lead me to the old email, which I cannot use anymore. I have not been able to find a way in the app to verify my identity through other methods, and I have not received any support so far because I did not contact support before this. I am using TikTok from the USA.
