I Can't Recover My TikTok Account

I have been unable to access my TikTok account for a long time and I am asking for support to recover it. My account username is “Yourstrulykhoza”. I lost access to the phone number and the email address that were registered on this account, so I can no longer receive verification codes or reset links, and I am completely locked out. The last time I could successfully log in to this account was in May last year. Since then, I have tried to get help through TikTok support, but the support page keeps loading and never completes, so I cannot submit a request or reach a human agent in any way. Because of this, I have no way to verify my identity through the normal methods, even though I am the rightful owner of the account. I am using TikTok from South Africa and I kindly request that you help me recover my account by providing an alternative verification method, such as confirming my identity through other details linked to the account, or updating the registered phone number or email in a secure way.
