TikTok Needs To Help Me Recover My Locked Account And Update My Contact Info

I am writing regarding my TikTok account with the username @strwsberrie, which I can no longer access. I lost access to both the email address and phone number that were previously linked to this account, and I also do not remember the password because it was changed a long time ago.

In the past, I stayed permanently logged in on my old phone, so I rarely needed to enter my password again. Unfortunately, that phone broke about a year ago, and since then I have been completely unable to log back into my TikTok account.

At the moment, I cannot receive any verification codes, recovery links, or password reset emails because I no longer have access to the original recovery methods connected to the account. This has left me locked out of my account even though I am the rightful owner.
