Tide Dry Cleaning Service Lost My Shirts

I brought my suit and two white shirts to the Tide dry cleaning service close to my home. Didn't expect any problems, but I was definitely mistaken. Two days later, when I went to pick up my clothes, to my surprise, my two shirts were nowhere to be found. What a reckless way to handle things! They promised to resolve the issue and reimburse me for my losses. Guess what? As if that wasn't enough, they actually had the audacity to request the receipts for the shirts. Who bothers to keep receipts for every little thing these days? After some negotiation, they eventually waived the requirement for a receipt but still insisted on a $50 charge for the shirts that were missing. Wow, the price of that shirt is higher than what you would pay for a brand-new one! I'd rather purchase new shirts than deal with this chaotic situation. Listen up everyone, avoid this company at all costs.
