Tide Pods Stained My New Dress After Cold Wash
Yesterday, I cleaned my brand new dress by using Tide Pods in a cold cycle. I opted for a gentle approach by selecting the delicate setting and a shorter program to ensure its safety. Unfortunately, the Tide Pods did not dissolve fully during the wash cycle and adhered to the dress like a sticky substance. Additionally, the dress was left with unsightly blue stains due to their failure to dissolve completely. I was quite frustrated and decided to contact customer service. According to the customer representative, it is necessary for the water to be hot in order for the pods to dissolve completely. Why isn't there any warning about this on the packaging if that's the case? I would like a complete reimbursement for the price of my dress.
