Fairy Platinum Plus 57 Dishwasher Detergent Tabs Keep Sticking Together

I’ve repeatedly experienced the same issue with Fairy Platinum Plus 57 dishwasher detergent. Despite following all storage recommendations—keeping the tabs in a cool, dark, dry place and ensuring they never come into contact with moisture—they constantly stick together, rendering many of them unusable. Friends and family who use the same product report having similar problems. When I reached out to customer service, they promised a “customer satisfaction package” to compensate for my loss. Yet, two months have passed, and I’ve received nothing. I chose Fairy because I trusted its quality and paid a premium price, but now I feel my money has been wasted. This experience has changed my view of Fairy, and I won’t be choosing this brand again unless they address this problem promptly.
