My personal credit card information was compromised, and a payment of 768.74 CAD was attempted through a company listed as TMCANADA *RESALE. I immediately contacted my bank and canceled the credit card. The last time I used this card was on Ticketmaster in Türkiye, specifically through the Biletix vendor. I am expecting an apology and a clear explanation regarding the extent of the personal data that may have been leaked, as well as guidance on any further steps I should take to protect myself. I live in Türkiye, have never been to Canada, and have never used my credit card with Ticketmaster Canada or made any online purchases through their platform.
