Unable to Access Friends on Threads and Instagram Features Missing

I’m unable to access accounts of people I know on Instagram. In the "Explore" section, I only see accounts of random, verified strangers, while most of my close friends’ accounts are not visible to me. Additionally, new Instagram features like "Threads" are not available on my account, even though others seem to have them.

I’ve written multiple complaints about this issue, but nothing has been resolved. My experience with Instagram is increasingly frustrating as I cannot use the app effectively or access the features that others enjoy. Please address this problem immediately and ensure my account receives the updates and proper functionality to access my friends’ profiles.
