TheBestPDF Charged Me ₺1,495 Monthly Without My Consent

I originally downloaded TheBestPDF application with the understanding that it was a one-time purchase of ₺25. However, without my knowledge or consent, for the past five months the company has been automatically withdrawing ₺1,495 each month from my bank account. In total, this amounts to an unauthorized charge of approximately ₺7,475.
At no point during the installation or use of the app was I clearly informed of any recurring subscription fees. I never approved such payments, nor was I given any proper notification. When I contacted my bank, they confirmed that these charges originated from TheBestPDF and advised me to reach out directly to the company for a refund.
This practice is both misleading and unfair to consumers. I demand that these unauthorized charges be immediately stopped and that the entire ₺7,475 be refunded to me without delay.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and pursue all available legal remedies. Additionally, I will make this situation public so that other customers are warned.
As a paying customer, I expect my grievance to be addressed urgently, with a full refund and cancellation of all future unauthorized withdrawals.
