The BestPDF Keeps Charging My Card Despite Cancellation Request

I am being charged by The BestPDF through an automatic subscription renewal that I want to stop immediately. As of today, an unwanted renewal has been taken from my credit card, and I do not want any further weekly payments to be charged. The last four digits of the card being charged are 8137. I have not been able to find any clear method to cancel this subscription through your app or website, so I am currently unable to stop the renewals on my own. I have also sent an email to your customer service about this issue, but have not been able to resolve it yet, and I have not received a clear solution. I request that you immediately cancel my active subscription and stop any future automatic weekly renewals from my credit card, and that you confirm in writing the exact date on which the cancellation is effective. I also request that you confirm that no further charges will be made to this card and that you send me a written confirmation of the cancellation as soon as possible.
