Last November, I bought a pair of The North Face boots from a store called "Stay r i a n o s" on the beautiful Greek island of Chios. Surprisingly, the shoes began to fall apart after only one use, with the sole completely coming off. Even after contacting customer service, I still haven't received a response. I'm interested in either returning or exchanging them. It's quite unexpected to be left without support from such a well-known brand. Seeking help on this platform.
