The North Face T-Shirt Shrunk After First Wash, Store Refused Return Due to Missing Care Label


I purchased a The North Face t-shirt from JePublic, and it shrank after the very first wash. When I took it back to the store for a return, they refused to process it because I had removed the washing instructions label. Despite having the purchase receipt, they declined to send the product for inspection simply because the care label was missing, which was quite disappointing. I have two t-shirts in the same size from The North Face, but from different stores, and you can clearly see the difference in the photo.
I urge The North Face to address this issue and take appropriate action. It's frustrating to be denied a resolution for a product issue over something as minor as a missing care label, especially when it’s a clear defect.
