The North Face Shoes Not Waterproof And Defective From Day One

On November 28, 2025, I purchased Offtrail Tech GORE-TEX shoes from The North Face official website with order number 610195. From the very first day I received the product, it started leaking water despite being advertised as waterproof. In addition, the shoe lost its shape quickly and became unusually loose, and every time it got wet, noticeable white stains formed on the surface.

Due to these issues, I sent the product for warranty inspection. I was informed that the inspection process would take about one month. Not being able to use a newly purchased pair of shoes for such a long period has caused serious inconvenience. Moreover, the company’s communication throughout this process has been indifferent and unhelpful, showing little concern for customer satisfaction.

Since I believe the product has a manufacturing defect, I request that the inspection process be completed within a reasonable timeframe—preferably sooner than the stated one month—and that my issue be resolved as quickly as possible.
