Testora Subscription Scam Allegation After Unexpected Charges

Through a company called Mytestora, I approved a one-time transaction for a test, expecting to pay only about $6. However, multiple charges were made to my card without my knowledge or consent in different amounts.

On March 15, I saw two separate charges of $3 each on my card with the description “Testora IQ App,” and today, another charge of $56 was made under the same name. In total, a significant amount has been withdrawn, as shown on my statement. I only approved a one-time test and did not consent to any subscription or recurring membership.

For this reason, I request the immediate cancellation of any memberships or subscriptions that may have been created through Mytestora / Testora IQ App and a full refund of all amounts charged to my card without my knowledge. I also request that an investigation be conducted into these unauthorized transactions and that I be informed in writing.
