Testora IQ App Charges Customer's Debit Card Without Consent Twice

I had given approval for a one-time IQ test on the Testora IQ app and consented to a charge being made from my Garanti Bank debit card for this transaction on April 21st. However, after this initial transaction, I was never able to see my test results, nor did I give any additional approval.
Today, on 05/21/2026, I saw that approximately $36 had been withdrawn from my account again. When I also checked my card transactions, I noticed that an additional charge of approximately $38 had been made on April 21st as well. I never gave any approval for these additional charges, never started a subscription, and never set up a recurring payment instruction.
I am requesting a full refund of all these charges made from my Garanti Bank debit card without my knowledge or consent. I want to make sure no further unauthorized charges are made from my account in this way, and I want any memberships or subscriptions that may have been opened in my name to be canceled immediately.
