I Face Testora IQ App Subscription Scam And Unexpected Fees

I used my QNB card for what I believed was a one-time test purchase through a company called Mytestora, expecting to pay only around $1. However, multiple charges were made from my card without my knowledge or consent.

Upon reviewing my statement, I noticed several transactions under the names Mytestora / Testora IQ App and Grizzly Empire Ltd. Specifically, on February 4, 2026, I was charged $41 under Grizzly Empire Ltd and another $43 under TESTORA-IQ-APP, totaling a significant unauthorized amount.

I only approved a one-time test and never consented to any subscription or recurring membership. These charges are clearly unauthorized.

I demand that all memberships or subscriptions associated with Mytestora / Testora IQ App / Grizzly Empire Ltd be immediately canceled. I also request a full and prompt refund of all unauthorized charges made to my QNB card. Additionally, I expect a thorough investigation into these transactions and a written explanation of the outcome.
