Tesla Service Center Employee Was Rude and Dismissive

On June 9, 2026, at around 2:00 PM, I visited the Tesla Service Center in Bayraklı, İzmir, with my Tesla Model Y, which had damaged glass. The moment I walked in, I was met with an extremely rude and harsh attitude from an employee whose name I will refer to as K.T., and it left me deeply disappointed. When I mentioned I didn't have an appointment, he dismissed me with a blunt, unwelcoming response — essentially telling me he couldn't help me without one.
From a globally recognized brand like Tesla, I expected at least a warm, empathetic greeting and a genuine effort to assist — the kind of respectful, professional attitude you'd hope for from a premium brand. Instead, I encountered a level of rudeness I wouldn't even expect at an ordinary repair shop. I felt so uncomfortable that I didn't want to stay inside. After the incident, I also filed a separate complaint by calling customer service at the number on file.
Regarding this experience, I am requesting that Tesla conduct a proper internal review of the employee in question and issue me a formal corporate apology. I expect Tesla to uphold the respectful, professional standard of customer service that its brand represents.
