Minor Accident Leaves Tesla Model Y Waiting 74 Days for Simple Part
I experienced a small mishap with my Tesla Model Y Performance on September 29, 2023. I will share a picture with you, and you will notice that there is absolutely no damage. However, it is worth mentioning that the "axle" has been on backorder for a staggering 74 days. We're currently stranded at Otomol Service, enduring an interminable wait without any definitive updates on the production and delivery timeline. I've been trying to get in touch with Tesla customer service, but it seems impossible to reach them. On top of that, the support team is unable to give me a clear timeline for when the repair will be completed. It's really annoying.
Progress
I have been waiting for a part for my car for 109 days. The estimated delivery date for the part is continuously being updated to one week later. There is no satisfactory response, and my car is just sitting in the Otomol service's parking lot. Tesla Turkey is incredibly lacking when it comes to spare parts. I can be understanding for up to 45 days, but today is the 109th day! It is waiting because of a single part.
