Vodafone Pay Charged Me for Tencent Games I Didn’t Buy

On August 26, 2025, I received a notification stating that a game purchase—which I did NOT make—would be added to my Vodafone bill for approximately $22. This transaction is absolutely not mine, and I did not make any game-related purchase.
I contacted Vodafone customer service about the issue, but I was unable to get a resolution. They directed me to a customer service line supposedly belonging to “Tencent,” but the number was inactive and I could not reach anyone. This is the first time I’ve experienced something like this, and I am now concerned about the security of my mobile line.

I was informed that the unauthorized transaction was made through Vodafone Pay. I request the cancellation of the charge that is planned to be added to my bill, the termination of the unauthorized subscription, and a full refund of the amount. I ask that the issue be thoroughly investigated and my situation resolved as soon as possible.
