I Equipped My Xsuit in Tencent Games But It Disappeared After the Latest Update

On May 6, the new Xsuit was successfully added to my Tencent Games account, and everything worked perfectly—until yesterday. After the latest game update, the Xsuit no longer appears when I enter matches, even though it shows as equipped. This is incredibly frustrating, especially for a premium outfit that players spend real money (₺) to obtain. I didn’t invest time and money just to see my gear glitch out after an update. This kind of issue shouldn't be happening in a game of this scale. I expect an immediate fix or at the very least, proper acknowledgment and compensation for this issue. Tencent Games Türkiye, please take this seriously and resolve the Xsuit visibility problem now. Players deserve better.
