Temu Sent Different Product, Tried to Deduct $14 During Return
About a month ago, I ordered a girl’s dress through the Temu app. The product arrived around 12 days ago, but it did not match the images shown on the website, so I wanted to return it.
Three days after receiving the item, I submitted a return request through the app. After tapping the return button, the screen showed that I would receive only $21 back for a product I paid $31 for. In other words, the system indicated that a very high deduction—around $14—would be taken during the return. Because of this unfair deduction, I had no choice but to cancel the return request.
I absolutely do not accept such a high and unjustified deduction for a product that arrived looking different from the photos. Any explanation or justification is not sufficient for me; I clearly and firmly request a full refund of the $31 I paid for the product, without any deductions.
