Temu Sent An Incomplete Product And Refuses To Take Responsibility.

I purchased an Attack Shark X66 Wireless Mechanical Gaming Keyboard via Temu under order number PO-203-02279534979190893. I received the parcel on December 31, 2025. The outer package was sealed and the product box was inside. However, when I opened the box, there was no keyboard at all. The only items in the box were a keycap puller, a cable and a user manual. After noticing that the keyboard itself was missing, I immediately submitted a request through Temu and returned all the items I had received. Despite clearly explaining that the keyboard was never in the box, my request was rejected twice. Finally, I received a response from Temu customer service, signed by a Senior Customer Solutions Specialist named Jean, stating that, after checking with the relevant department, the products were correctly shipped and packaged, and therefore they would not provide a refund. In reality, the most important part of the order, the keyboard, never arrived in the box, and I have already sent back everything that was delivered to me. I paid a total of 2.186,51 TL for this order and, despite fulfilling my responsibilities as a customer, I have been left without the product and without a refund, which has caused me serious inconvenience and loss of trust. I kindly request a full refund of the total amount I paid for this order and a re‑evaluation of my case, taking into account that the keyboard was missing from the sealed product box from the beginning. I ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and for my unjust grievance to be remedied.
