Temu Refused to Refund for My 128 GB Memory Card Despite Proof of Return
In the 128 GB memory card purchase I made on December 3, 2024, from the Temu site, the product did not function properly in the dash cam as stated in the product description. It caused constant freezing and shutdowns on the device, rendering the dash cam unusable during critical moments. As a result, I returned the product. Their own application shows that the product was delivered to their warehouse on December 25, 2024. Despite providing proof of delivery, they have failed to take responsibility for the situation. However, in my correspondence with Temu, they claim they did not receive the product and refused to refund my payment of ₺444.85.
