I experienced a serious issue with the Hattrick game on the Temu app. Previously, when I played the same game, I earned a reward by inviting 2 new and 28 existing users. About three days ago, I played again and this time invited 4 new and 21 existing users, yet there was no progress, and I did not receive any reward. The game’s rules were changed, and now it requires more new users to participate. While 2 new users were enough in the previous round, I still didn’t get a reward even after inviting 4 new users this time. I contacted customer service, but they only sent me a chart claiming I had invited 1 new and 18 existing users, which is incorrect. I have screenshots of my game history showing that the invited users were clearly marked as “new.” The customer service team also said they would escalate the issue to senior management, but I haven’t received any response in three days. I’ve experienced a similar problem before and was left disappointed again. Although I haven’t made any payment, I’ve spent time and effort inviting many new users twice, yet the game’s conditions keep changing and no rewards are given. I request that this issue be corrected, my grievance resolved, and the rewards I rightfully earned be granted to me.
