I ordered several products from TEMU on 21 November 2025, and they were shipped with iMile. The tracking number of my parcel is 6112125956849, and the delivery address is Via Rocca Cencia 5*, 00132 Roma, Italy. The courier came to this address, but at that time I was in my home country, Bangladesh, so I could not receive the parcel. Because of this, I believe the products might have been returned to your office or to your local facility. I urgently need these products now and kindly ask you to help me locate the parcel and arrange a redelivery to the same address in Rome as soon as possible.
