Temu Unfulfilled Hat Trick Game Reward
In the Hat Trick game on the Temu app, I followed the rules by sending invitations through WhatsApp and invited a total of 12 people. Those I invited downloaded the game, registered, and I even invited a new user as required. Despite this, I did not receive the promised reward. I have been experiencing this issue since this morning and spoke with Ms. C**** N**, a customer service representative, who told me the matter was reported to the relevant department, but no solution was provided. I also saw on the Xolvie website that many others have faced the same problem. My address and phone details are already registered in the app, and I use an iPhone, though I found that users on different devices face the same issue. My expectation from Temu is to receive the promised reward; if this is not possible, I request that necessary measures be taken to prevent other users from facing the same problem.
