I am a Temu customer with the email address s*******@gmail.com. I returned products worth ₺2,067.79 (including tax) via UPS Türkiye using the return number Pro-203-21754533911672797-01. However, the excess tax amount has still not been refunded. ₺1,249.86 was refunded, but the remaining ₺817.93 in tax has not been returned. How are we supposed to reach someone for help?
