Temu Did Not Refund the Full Tax Amount From My Return
I am a Temu customer with the email address s*******@gmail.com. I returned products worth ₺2,067.79 (including tax) via UPS Türkiye using the return number Pro-203-21754533911672797-01. However, the excess tax amount has still not been refunded. ₺1,249.86 was refunded, but the remaining ₺817.93 in tax has not been returned. How are we supposed to reach someone for help? Why doesn’t the Ministry of Trade require companies like this to have a customer service center in Turkey? Who are we supposed to contact to request a refund? There’s no real customer support—only automated responses. Temu, return my money. Temu has been a regretful experience.
